Established in 1968, Tandy Group is a Central Queensland-based company specialising in the transportation of sands, aggregates, lime, and concrete. Tandy Group has relies heavily on UD Trucks and the wider dealer network with UD vehicles making up close to a quarter of their 45-unit fleet.
Tandy’s fleet features 32 agitators, six truck and dog tippers, and several semi-tankers for potable water. Recent additions include UD Quon models, with the fleet now comprising 11 UD units.

Tandy Group’s increasing investment in UD Trucks aligns with the Group’s focus on operational efficiency and technological advancement. Recent upgrades include a fixed plant for their hard rock quarry and the adoption of hybrid excavators to improve fuel efficiency.
