In November 2020, All Bulk's security system was put to the test when one of their New Quon and trailer was hijacked.
When attempts to locate the stolen vehicles failed, Andre turned to Juan Niemand from UD Lichtenberg. Immediately, Juan got in touch with UD Trucks Southern Africa, who responded with the location of the truck.
Working closely with All Bulk’s private investigators, All Bulk recovered the New Quon across the border in Mozambique thanks to the location provided by UD Telematics. However, the trailer was still missing.
By running a 24 and 48 hour trip report, UD Trucks Southern Africa was able to pinpoint the location of the trailer which was then recovered by the private investigators.
